Welcome to the Vallejo Jazz Society!
The Vallejo Jazz Society was founded in the Fall of 2010 by musicians and non musicians who share a passion for jazz and are committed to making it available in our community.
We are a not-for-profit organization promoting jazz in Vallejo and surrounding communities. We do this by presenting jazz concerts, which create opportunities for musicians and great music for fans. To ensure that this great music lives on and grows, we also present jazz performances and jazz clinics in local schools.
We want to be part of the cultural renaissance in Vallejo. With our fantastic climate, affordable housing and a revitalized historic downtown, we can attract musicians, artists and fans to an expanding music scene and offer great jazz on a regular basis.
The VJS is recruiting members and sponsors to help us. As a member, you contribute to promoting jazz, get discount tickets to performances, and receive notices about our concerts and our activities in the schools. For more information about becoming a member please click here
As a sponsor, you’ll receive promotional exposure in our publications as well as public acknowledgment of your contribution to jazz in Vallejo. You’ll also be helping Vallejo grow and prosper. Please click here to become a sponsor.
